Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a master’s from the University of Utah. More importantly, for 20 years, she has been the Executive Administrator for a multi-million dollar home care company, where she was responsible for the entire operations and growth of the company. One of the most valuable lessons she’s learned is how important it is to find the right people for the right seats.
Stephanie has spent numerous hours developing programs, classes, and manuals to help enhance the lives of her fellow team members, professionals, and families of those they’ve cared for. She finds joy in presenting ways to “Raise the Bar” in the Health Care Industry and can be found in many speaking pools.
